Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and exclude GST at 18%, which is added at checkout. A GST invoice is issued for every payment. Businesses can add their GSTIN at checkout.

Vendors save 10%
Installers and partners buying passes for their customers get 10% off every pass. Register as a vendor.
When a pass expires
Live view and recording stop for that camera until a new pass is bought. Recordings can only be viewed while the camera has an active pass.

Pay the way you already do
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Pay with a credit or debit card, UPI or netbanking. Your pass is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Pricing FAQ
Is the price per camera or per account?
Per camera. Each camera has its own pass and its own expiry date, so you can renew cameras on different schedules.
When does my pass start?
A pass is activated immediately after your payment is confirmed and runs for the number of days you bought.
Can I buy passes for several cameras at once?
Yes. Select the cameras in the app, choose a pass length, and pay for them in a single checkout.
What happens when a pass expires?
Live view and recording stop for that camera, and its recordings can no longer be viewed, until you buy a new pass for it.
Do you issue GST invoices?
Yes. Prices exclude GST at 18%, and a GST invoice is issued for every payment. Add your GSTIN at checkout to claim input tax credit.
Can I get a refund?
Passes are non-refundable once activated. Duplicate payments and payments that failed but were debited are refunded. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
