Shipping & Delivery Policy
Effective from
Cloud Shift Vision is delivered online. Here is how and when you receive what you pay for.
1. Digital service — no physical shipping
Cloud Shift Vision is an online, software-as-a-service product. We do not sell or ship physical goods, and no item is delivered to any postal address. Cameras and installation are not supplied by us.
2. How passes are delivered
Passes are delivered instantly online. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the pass is activated on the selected camera(s) in your Cloud Shift Vision account and the new expiry date is shown in the app. A payment receipt and GST invoice are made available to you.
Access is through the web app at vision.cloudshiftindia.com and our Android and iOS apps. Service is available across India wherever your cameras have an internet connection.
3. If a pass is not activated
Activation normally takes a few seconds. If your payment succeeded but the pass does not appear within 30 minutes, contact us at support@smartstreamtech.in or +91 96004 40033 with your payment details and we will activate it or refund you under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Delivery charges
There are no shipping or delivery charges. You pay only the pass price plus applicable GST.
